The Professional Leadership Academy & Network (PLAN) is a year-long professional development program intended to cultivate future leaders and impact tomorrow’s education.


PLAN offers staff a curriculum strategically designed to enhance growth and productivity and to continuously develop a cadre of leaders who will contribute to university-wide initiatives and projects.

Each session reinforces the university’s commitment to diversity and dedication to challenge its people – students, faculty and staff alike – to seek new knowledge and a greater understanding of our ever-changing, multicultural world.
