Washington University in St. Louis staff at the Danforth Campus and the School of Medicine are invited to apply for the Professional Leadership Academy & Network (PLAN), a year-long professional development program intended to cultivate future leaders and impact tomorrow’s education.
PLAN offers staff a curriculum strategically designed to enhance their growth and productivity and to provide the university with a cadre of leaders who will contribute to university-wide initiatives and projects. Each session reinforces the university’s commitment to diversity and dedication to challenge its people – students, faculty and staff alike – to seek new knowledge and a greater understanding of our ever-changing, multicultural world.
“We look forward to the fourth cohort of PLAN in the spring of 2017 and continuing its legacy of success. Washington University has an outstanding team of professional administrators and bringing them together as a cohort strengthens them and us as an institution dedicated to learning, teaching, and research at the highest levels.
